Why we are who we are: Hello, I’m Mark. My business is built on genuine experience and passion for property care. I began my career as an apprentice CITB City & Guilds painter & decorator, working across the North West and around the UK. I became self-employed in 2005, and my search for the best protective, breathable coatings led me to work with Properla UK as an approved applicator. Over the years, tackling damp issues on projects – including my own fixer upper – inspired me to expand my expertise. This led to professional training with The Property Care Association, earning certification as a ABBE/PCA Level 3 certified surveyor of timber and dampness in buildings. This natural progression means we now offer our customers well-informed, reliable, and comprehensive solutions backed by hands-on experience and professional qualifications.
Over the years we have worked on all manner of domestic properties, schools, hospitals, residential homes, prison, police stations, fire stations, racecourses, ASDA stores, shop fronts, hotels, banks, the Tate gallery and Albert Dock, pubs, restaurants, shopping malls, listed buildings, courts – the list goes on! For some of these properties, vetting and CRB checks were made, and for those potential customers who similarly need to vet tradesman prior to engaging them, we are more than happy to be vetted in any and all capacities.
